The Wardrobe comes with a full width shelf above the drawer and hanging on the inside.

This item is supplied flat packed for easy home assembly.

Tops, Sides, Drawer Fronts, Drawer sides, Feet and Handles: Solid Pine.
Drawer Base and Backboard of Chests: 3mm Plywood.
All Drawers have metal bearing runners.
All in all a really nice piece for furniture for the price.
